Properties

Iodoform Paste is a well-known preparation for the treatment of infected root canals as well as for deep-seated gingival pockets. The components of the paste ensure a long-lasting germicidal and analgesic action. Furthermore, the paste does not harden and is easily removable mechanically which also facilitates its apical resorption.
